About the Role
NovaPay Technologies is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer to lead our real-time Merchant Checkout & Settlement Console. You will architect low-latency TypeScript/React interfaces and resilient Node.js/PostgreSQL services that power instant settlements, smart payment routing, and dispute automation for 45,000+ businesses.

Responsibilities
- Architect and ship merchant-facing analytics dashboards, settlement workflows, and real-time webhook consoles using React and TypeScript.
- Design idempotent REST and GraphQL APIs in Node.js backed by PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Drive system reliability, query performance tuning, and automated end-to-end observability.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through design reviews, pairing, and crisp technical RFCs.
