About the Role
As a Product Management Fellow — FinTech & UPI Growth at NovaPay Technologies, you will own conversion rate optimization across our One-Click UPI Autopay and Smart Checkout flows. You will work closely with engineering, design, and enterprise merchants to lift payment success rates by 3–5%.

Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and checkout conversion funnel for UPI Autopay, RuPay Credit on UPI, and Dynamic QR flows.
- Analyze payment drop-off cohorts using SQL and product analytics to prioritize high-ROI experiments.
- Partner with bank integrations and engineering teams to reduce issuer-side payment failures.
- Lead merchant discovery calls and translate enterprise needs into scalable platform capabilities.
